Maddie grew up on a small arable farm in North Somerset, and has already been working in the region as part of the NFU鈥檚 graduate scheme.

Maddie studied Biological Sciences at the University of Exeter, where she wrote a dissertation exploring the role of disease suppressive soils in agriculture.
