91²Ö¿âAGM (Annual General Meeting), chaired by NFU President Tom Bradshaw, will be held online on Wednesday 26 February 2025 at 2pm.

This is your opportunity to hear about the NFU’s work and finances.

Farmer and Grower members entitled under the Constitution of the NFU can attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

Members will need their membership number and email address to register.

Members must use the email address linked to their NFU membership account.

Upon registration, confirmation of attendance, along with the information required to access the meeting (including a user guide), will be sent via email.

AGM agenda

  • Report by the Director of Finance – NFU Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2024
  • Report by the Director General for 2023/2024
  • Approval of the auditors, Messrs Haysmacintyre LLP, for 2024/2025
  • To note amendments to the NFU Constitution and Rules
  • Resolutions (if any, to be formally approved by Council)
  • Any other relevant business of which notice has been given to the Secretary by 31 December 2024

Please note that:

  • A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf.
  • To be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, members must be entered on the registered on the register of members as a voting member on the date of the meeting.
  • A proxy form can be requested by any voting member from [email protected] and must be returned to The Secretary, National Farmers’ Union, Agriculture House, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, CV8 2TZ or [email protected] by 3pm on 20 February 2025.
